The golf course at Superstition Springs Golf Club has expansive bunkers, unique fairway mounds, multiple tee boxes, and challenging water hazards. Water comes into play on 11 holes and can be avoided with conservative course management. Their are plenty of water hazard risks through out the course and you may lose a ball or two. Greenside and fairway bunkers are frequently punishing, and palm and willow trees line the fairways as well.
The fairways are almost always in excellent condition and the same can be said for the greens. Average handicappers will find the layout challenging, especially holes 17-18. There is just the right mix of water, elevation changes, and sand to make for an interesting round.
Superstition Springs Golf Club is located right off the 60 freeway near power road, which means quick easy access to the course. For the best weather make your reservations later in winter through early summer. In the spring when its sunny and 70’s you can enjoy a sunny warm day of golf, and don’t forget to take a picture to send back to friends who are stuck in the cold. Great values can be found by playing during the summer, for best prices come in July and August and keep in mind early tee times go quick.
